Streamline Aircraft Parts Sourcing with AEROTRADE's RFQ Feature

Written by by ADE | Jul 30, 2026, 2:06:14 AM

What is RFQ?
RFQ means Request for Quote.

The AEROTRADE RFQ feature connects buyers and sellers when the final price of an aircraft part requires additional confirmation.  Instead of leaving the marketplace to contact a supplier separately, buyers can submit a quotation request directly through AEROTRADE. The seller receives the enquiry and can provide a quotation based on the requested quantity, availability, and transaction requirements.  Once the buyer accepts the quotation, the purchasing process can continue through the platform.  This provides buyers with a more convenient way to enquire about aircraft parts while helping sellers capture potential sales opportunities from inventory that may not have a fixed or publicly displayed price.

When can buyers use RFQ?
Use RFQ when a part needs additional pricing or stock information.
